Non-sufficient funds charges will apply when applicable. No refunds will be given after enrollment closes on June 1, 2018..

How do I get the sibling discount?

You must register one child first. Once you enter in the second child into the online system the price will automatically be adjusted, which will be a $25 credit. If you register the first child and want to add the second one at a later date, you will need to contact us to manually have the discount applied.

What if I need to change my credit card information for my payment plan?

Once you have checked out of the online system, selected your payment type and plan, you must call us if changes are needed.

What payment options can I choose from?

There are two options for payment: pay in full or deposit with payment plan. If you choose the payment plan you will be billed the following 1st and 15th of every month through June 1st. The initial deposit automatically enters you into the payment plan. Should the 1st or 15th fall on a weekend, the payment will be processed the next business day.

How can I change my payment method?

Once you have checked out of the online system and selected your payment type and plan you must call us if changes are needed.

How do I apply for a scholarship?

Limited financial assistance is available only for current and incoming PUSD students. When registering online you will be prompted with a scholarship application after you choose classes. Only partial assistance is given, which is on a first-come first-served basis. You must meet the same income guidelines used by the free and reduced lunch program. If you choose to apply for a scholarship you must submit a $50 deposit and agree to pay the balance through our payment plan, which will be 50-60% of the list tuition, with exception of the Franklin location that may provide additional scholarship. Proof of income required by May 31st, and failure to submit will result in full tuition balance charged by June 1st.

Can I pick the teacher for a particular class?

No, the teacher listed for a class is the anticipated teacher, but that is not a guarantee.

Can I change classes for my child?

Yes, but you must call us to do so. Please make sure that you have made your final class selections before checking out on the online system. No changes will be made after June 1. Once the program starts changes will only be made on a case by case basis and none will be allowed the 1st day of the program, or after the first week.

My child wants to be in the same class as his best friend, but there are multiple sessions offered. How can I make that request?

In the comments section before check-out, please leave us a note. We will do our best to accommodate requests, but cannot guarantee it because of the large volume of students we are working with.

How do I make a cash payment?

You must come in to our offices to make a cash payment. At that time you can either register using the computers in our office, or you can complete the enrollment process you began at home. Classes are not held until an initial deposit is made.
