Every Student. Every School. Every Day. DONATE!
The Pasadena Educational Foundation strives to help PUSD recognize the accomplishments, talents, and financial needs of students through our College Scholarships program.
Businesses and community members can contribute to any number of our existing scholarship funds to make a direct and positive impact on the future of a graduating senior. PEF can also help establish memorial or honorary scholarships.
In 2025, PEF distributed over $290,000 in scholarships to graduating seniors on behalf of our partners. $107,000 went directly to graduating seniors headed to college who lost their homes in the Eaton Fire.
PEF administers a variety of scholarships spread out across the 6 secondary schools and programs. Scholarships are typically needs-based or awarded based on academic achievements. Some of the established scholarships are specific to a field of study such as STEM or art.
You can donate directly to any of the scholarships funds PEF administers and have a positive and direct impact on a graduating senior as they prepare to enter college. PEF works directly with high school counselors, principals, and teachers who identify the worthiest students and nominate them for each award. Each spring PEF writes hundreds of scholarship checks that are awarded to students at awards ceremonies. The community is welcome to come and celebrate the achievements of PUSD’s graduating seniors.
