I believe every child should hae an opportunity to see and experience live art in a gallery setting. It is their cultural right. Through the “My Masterpieces’ Program” at the Armory, fifth grade students create unique works of art that reflect their understanding of the contemporary art found in the gallery. Every child walks away feeling proud and excited about the art they made.
