To extend its heartfelt gratitude to the 91 high school students who participated in the 2026 Summer Enrichment Program as Youth Leaders and Interns, the Pasadena Educational Foundation held a celebratory ice cream social for its summer program volunteers at Handel’s Ice Cream. Participants were commended and thanked for serving our community well.
These dedicated volunteers collectively contributed thousands of hours to support PEF’s summer enrichment classes. Their mentorship and enthusiasm significantly enhanced the learning of younger students and the program’s overall impact. While many of these outstanding students are expected to return next summer, those moving on to new endeavors were wished the best in their future pursuits. The work skills acquired during their service will undoubtedly prepare them both professionally and personally.
