Lisa Barrios, a lifelong Pasadena resident, has worked with local students and families in areas ranging from education, healthcare, foster care, and immigration, to mentoring and leadership development in the non-profit and social enterprise sectors. Most recently, she served in quality improvement roles for a federally-funded program — ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and strengthening training delivery and curriculum, in accordance with child-welfare program goals.

Lisa is an alumnus of PUSD schools and Pasadena City College, earning her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton. She is also a graduate of Leadership Pasadena, Class of 2021. Lisa has been an active member of several local workgroups, boards and committees, such as the Pasadena Latino Heritage Parade & Festival Committee. She brings great knowledge, passion and commitment to improve the lives of residents in District 3!
