Rian Barrett serves as CEO of the Pasadena-Foothills Association of REALTORS® (PFAR), bringing more than 16 years of experience in real estate, public policy, and association management. Prior to joining PFAR, she spent a decade with the California Association of REALTORS® and previously served in the administration of California Governor Gray Davis. With a strong background in advocacy, leadership, and community engagement, Rian is passionate about building meaningful partnerships, developing future leaders, and strengthening the communities she serves. She is a graduate of California State University, Sacramento, with a degree in Criminal Justice.
