The summer numbers are in…and we have something to celebrate.
Our 15th year of providing our Summer Enrichment Program was the biggest one ever.
This year we had:
- 1578 students
- 142 unique classes
- 15 partner organizations
- 184 staff members
And thanks to the support of our community partners, foundations, and donor contributions we were able to provide scholarships to almost 40% of our students.
Our Summer Youth Leadership program also had a tremendous year of growth.
This year we had:
- 200 applications
- 176 volunteers – a 26% increase over last year
- For a total of 9,771 volunteer hours
