Today we’re celebrating the many ways our community gives in support of Pasadena Unified students—every single day.
Here are five ways you give that strengthen our schools and help students learn, grow, and move forward:

You give time.
Volunteers help create steady, welcoming spaces for students. From rebuilding garden areas at the temporary Allendale campus to organizing donated books and supporting events like Operation Warm at Madison, your time has helped students feel grounded during a year of transition.

You give creativity.
Artists, educators, and partners help students create through programs like My Masterpieces, Open Stage, and the classroom projects that spark curiosity and invite young people to express themselves. They also inspire students through performances and exhibitions such as the All-Star Musical and the No Boundaries exhibition.

You give expertise.
Professionals, mentors, and community partners share real-world knowledge with students—through robotics, DevTech Academy (formerly App Academy), college and career programs, PEF’s SciTech and community roundtables, and the Student Think Tank. Your insight helps students connect their learning to what’s possible next.

You give support when it matters most.
Throughout the Eaton Fire recovery, your care for students, teachers, and families has been steady and meaningful—providing food, essential items, clothing, and comfort during difficult weeks, and standing alongside schools as they adjusted to temporary campuses and new routines. Your presence helped keep students grounded and connected.

You give opportunity.
From PEF Teacher Grants to scholarships and campus-wide learning experiences, you help open doors so students across every PUSD school can explore new ideas, follow their interests, and feel confident about their next steps.
We’re grateful for all the ways you lift up PUSD.
Your commitment makes our schools stronger, our classrooms brighter, and our students more confident in who they are and who they’re becoming.
Thank you!
RISING TOGETHER
From Response to Recovery
As this extraordinary year comes to a close, we hope you’ll make a generous gift to help every PUSD student recover, learn, and flourish.
Together, we can turn challenge into opportunity.
