The Pasadena Educational Foundation (PEF), in partnership with the Pasadena-Foothills Association of REALTORS® (PFAR) and Pasadena Education Network (PEN), is proud to congratulate the newest cohort of PUSD Certified Realtors.
Held at Willard Elementary School, the 2026 certification program featured a course designed and led by Dr. Jennifer Miyake-Trapp, Assistant Dean of Learning Design and Technology and Associate Professor of Education at Pepperdine University. Through interactive discussions, participants gained a deeper understanding of Pasadena Unified schools, innovative programs, and the many opportunities available to students across the district. By providing in-depth insight into local public education, the program helps real estate professionals become knowledgeable resources for families exploring schools as part of their decision to move to Pasadena, Altadena, or Sierra Madre.
Now in its eighth year, the PUSD Realtor Certification Program continues to provide real estate professionals with opportunities to learn directly from educators and district leaders about Pasadena Unified schools and programs. More than 100 real estate professionals have completed the certification and are included in the PUSD Certified Realtor directory.
