Thank you to TIAA’s Pasadena office for once again supporting the Pasadena Educational Foundation. More than 50 employees donated more than 500 school and art supplies, and TIAA matched their gifts for a total of more than 1,000 items for TIAA’s 3rd annual Back to School supply drive that helps PUSD students prepare for the new school year. PEF recruited volunteers to help assemble the items into supply kits for Madison Elementary School students. The kits contained items such as markers, watercolors, crayons, paper, and miscellaneous supplies provided by PUSD. Now more than in years past, these school supplies are even more important, as every student will be required to have their own supplies since students will be attending school from home for the foreseeable future.
