The deadline to make sure you have logged your hours correctly and completed your Reflection Surveys is Friday, July 14.

Service Forms

PUSD Students: Community Service Forms will be available for download beginning on Tuesday, August 1, 2023. Instructions will be emailed to you at that time.

PUSD forms will be pre-filled with your name and the total number of hours completed for PEF this summer. This will be based on the hours you have logged in Track It. Make sure you have logged your hours correctly!

Non-PUSD Students: For those who attend school outside of PUSD, if you have a form that must be completed and signed by a supervisor, please email that info to NC Inguanzo at ncinguanzo@pased.org. Do not ask teachers or site staff to fill these out for you. As PEF is the organization for which you are serving, full-time PEF staff must sign these forms for you.

Additional Forms: If you need additional forms during the school year for clubs such as the National Honor Society, please contact NC Inguanzo via email at ncinguanzo@pased.org.

CELEBRATE THE END OF SUMMER

You’re invited to get a free ice cream of your choice and to pick up certificates, awards, and t-shirts on the last day of our program, Thursday, July 13.

Please make sure you have helped your teachers and sites complete all that needs to be done first.

*If you cannot make it to Handel’s that afternoon, feel free to pick up your certificates the following week from the PEF office during regular business hours, 9 AM – 5 PM, Tuesday – Friday. Our offices will be closed on Friday. July 14 & Monday, July 17 for cleaning.*

How to Use Track It:

Check In & Out each day using the Track It Volunteer Time Tracking App on your phone or on a computer:

  • You will need a Track It account.
    • This is where you’ll create your username and password to be able to use the application. This is best done on your computer prior to logging into the app. Sign up for a Track It Account on the bottom of this web page. Click the link below that reads: “Click here to register.”
    • NOTE: You only need to do this once. If you served previously, you can use your user and password from last year and/or reset your account.
    • Download the app to your phone and log in. This is where you will log in and out of service each day.
    • If you do not have a phone, please log in on a computer or laptop each day to track your hours.
  • These videos/articles will help you navigate the app easier:
  • Checking in and out automatically tracks your service hours! It’s best to do this as you arrive and as you leave each day. This is important; it’s how you track our service each and every day.
  • If you have any issues, first ask a fellow youth leader. Often your fellow Youth Leaders can help you. However, please contact NC Inguanzo directly at ncinguanzo@pasedfoundation.org if you are unable to log in or have any issues with the Track It app.
