Attention:

In your schedule letter, you may notice that Block A (if the student is enrolled for three classes), has a time frame of 9:00am – 12pm. Please note that this is an error and that Block A will run from 8:00 am – 9:15 am as the program begins at 8am. Thank you, we look forward to seeing you and your child in just a few days.

En su carta de horario, usted puede notar que el Bloque A (si el estudiante está matriculado para tres clases), tiene un horario de 9:00 am - 12pm. Tenga en cuenta que se trata de un error y que el Bloque A se toma a cabo de las 8:00 am - 9:15 am, así como el programa comienza a las 8am. Gracias, esperamos verlos a usted ya su hijo en pocos días.


Tuition Balance:

If you have an outstanding balance this must be paid no later than June 7th.

Classes:

Any class changes can be made on the second day of program by notifying staff at the San Rafael School office.

Drop Off:

  • Classes begin promptly at 8:00 AM each morning, with no programming available before then.
  • For the first week of programming parents should walk students to the classroom, only for Introduction classes (Pre-K, Kindergarten, and First).
  • Students in grades 2-6 class blocks can use the carpool lane in front of the school on Nithsdale Rd. There will be staff available to receive and direct your children.
  • For student safety, this is a closed campus. All volunteers must be registered prior with PEF.

Pick Up:

  • For the first week of programming parents should walk to pick-up students from the classroom, only for Introduction classes (Pre-K, Kindergarten, and First).
  • Students in grades 2-6 class blocks can use the carpool lane in front of the school on Nithsdale Rd. Look for their “Block C” class sign. 
  • Parents should be prepared to show ID if picking up student from the office early, for child’s safety.

PEF Camp:

Students staying for the PEF Camp component from 12:00-4:00 pm can expect that their child will have lunch from 12:00-12:30. You may pack a lunch, or participate in the free lunch component. Pick up will occur at the front office prior to 3:55, and ID must be presented. Please ring bell to be buzzed into building. Starting at 3:55 pm students will be brought up front for pick-up.

Dress Code: Children should be dressed in comfortable and appropriate summer attire. No open-toed shoes.

Behavior: Children will be expected to demonstrate good behavior.  Children who continually disrupt the classroom or prevent other children from learning will be dismissed from the Summer Enrichment Program and NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE, per our policy outlined in our brochure.

Breakfast, Snack, and Lunch:  Breakfast and lunch are available to ALL students by the PUSD but must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Snack is not provided to students, but if you plan to bring one please be advised that this is a peanut-free campus.
