I was born in Wisconsin, and graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a B.S. in Education.  At a time when two of my four children were at Hamilton School, I served as P.T.A. President.   My children all went through WILSON Junior High. I have served as President of the Faculty Wives Club of Caltech, am currently on the board of the Friends of  Caltech Libraries, and the board of the Caltech Associates. In the past I have served on the Pasadena Museum of History board, the Coleman Chamber Music Association board, the Pasadena Symphony Association board, and the Caltech Children's Center board. I entered the real estate profession in 1966, and served on the Pasadena Real Estate board, was President of the real estate Women's Club.   In 1972 I was named Real Estate SALESMAN OF THE Year.

When the young families in my neighborhood came to the years when their children were starting school, these couples, led by people like Kim Lunetta, were determined to get a superior education for their children, so they GOT INVOLVED with the school. That determination has paid off with Hamilton School coming from mediocre, to a top notch school in the Pasadena system.

I have supported these people's effort by giving to the Education Foundation, with funds going to Hamilton.
