Chief Executive Officer Nature's Sunshine

Mr. Probert was appointed CEO in October 2013, having served as Interim CEO since April 2013.  He has served as Executive Chairman since January 2013. Prior to this, Mr. Probert served as Executive Vice Chairman since June 2011, and served as an independent consultant to the Company from October 2010 to June 2011. Previously, he was Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Penta Water Company, President and Chief Operating Officer of Herbalife International of America, Chief Executive Officer of DMX Music and Executive Vice President of Worldwide Home Entertainment at the Walt Disney Company. He has been a member of the Board of Trustees of the California Science Museum since 2007. Mr. Probert received his B.A. from the University of Southern California in 1979.
